Tip:

Upon presentation of the guest card, our guests receive either a "free" 3-hour ticket for the indoor pool including the outdoor pool or a day ticket for the outdoor pool. Children up to the age of 6 have free admission, and they can also use the train between Wörgl and Hochfilzen for FREE every day.

The prices are per room and day, including breakfast, tax, and do not include local tourist tax (€ 2.20 per person and day aged 15 and older - subject to legal changes).

Your pets are very welcome.

We offer your dog a dog basket, food bowls & a welcome greeting at the room.

ARRIVAL

• On the day of arrival your room will be available from 14.00.

• Our reception is personally available for you every day from 07:30 - 19:00.
  After that our Virtual Receptionist ARIANE - our SELF CHECK IN DESK - takes over the service.
  You are now welcome to book your room 24 hours & also always arrive.

• There are no free hotel parking spaces available.
• 3 E-charging stations are available in the underground car park
• You are welcome to use an underground parking space at the hotel - extra charge: € 15,00 per day.

DEPARTURE

• We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.

RECEPTION

• Reception opening hours: 07:30 - 19:00

Deposits

For each booking we charge 30% deposit.
We are happy to deduct this amount from your credit card or you can transfer this amount in advance.

For bank transfer - please note reservation number, name and arrival & departure date.

Cancellation conditions:

• Up to 24 hours before the agreed day of arrival, the accommodation contract can be canceled free of charge by means of a written declaration. After that, 100% of the agreed package price will be charged, the same applies to no-shows and early departures.
• Direct booking rates are non-refundable. If you use the PRE-CHECK IN - even on the day of arrival

Seminars/Groups:

• Up to 4 weeks before the start of the seminar: free of charge
• 3 weeks before start of seminar: 30% cancellation fee
• 2 weeks before start of seminar: 50% cancellation fee
• 1 week before start of seminar: 100% cancellation fee
