Cancellation terms
Cancellation conditions:
- Up to 24 hours before the agreed day of arrival, the accommodation contract can be canceled free of charge by means of a written declaration. After that, 100% of the agreed package price will be charged, the same applies to no-shows and early departures.
- Direct booking rates are non-refundable. If you use the PRE-CHECK IN - even on the day of arrival
Seminars/Groups:
- Up to 4 weeks before the start of the seminar: free of charge
- 3 weeks before start of seminar: 30% cancellation fee
- 2 weeks before start of seminar: 50% cancellation fee
- 1 week before start of seminar: 100% cancellation fee
