ARRIVAL
- On the day of arrival your room will be available from 14.00.

Our reception is personally available for you every day from 07:30 - 19:00.
After that our Virtual Receptionist ARIANE - our SELF CHECK IN DESK - takes over the service.
You are now welcome to book your room 24 hours & also always arrive. - There are no free hotel parking spaces available.
- 3 E-charging stations are available in the underground car park
- You are welcome to use an underground parking space at the hotel - extra charge: € 15,00 per day.

DEPARTURE
- We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.
RECEPTION
- Reception opening hours: 07:30 - 19:00
